Irene is amazing! She has such a pleasant disposition so you never feel rushed. She is the ultimate professional with no detail not attended. She negotiated a great deal for us and followed up at all times. I have bought and sold many homes over the past 20 years and she is in the top 1% percent of those I have dealt with. She thinks outside of the box and is not hesitant to go the "extra mile" for her clients. She helped to get proper inspectors, city permits, spoke to adjacent land owners and even arranged for the grass to be cut.
