Irena worked with us to sell our rental cabin. We had some complexities that she helped us work through with a SBA loan. I can't say enough great things about her helpfulness including getting an escrow account established, etc.! This was the second time we have used her and both times we had a great experience. We plan to use her again soon to purchase another place in the Sevierville area!
