Ingrid was an integral part of my home search and purchase process. She was extremely easy to talk to, very patient with any questions I had about the market, similar houses in the area, and areas for improvement. From the very start she had the conversation of what style I was looking for, what I intended short term and long term for the purchase and helped evaluate probably close to 15 options over the course of about 4 or 5 months. When it came time to put in offers she provided her professional opinion on what the level of an offer to be put in would likely secure the property. Even through COVID she was very accommodating even FaceTiming property showings while I was under a quarantine (from travel).
