Meet with your lender first to ensure you are pre-qualified for purchase amount thereby identifying price ceiling.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Buyers don't care what Sellers need; they pay fair market value.

4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
As list agent for property, developed a great relationship with buyer customers and have become friends which is often the case.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
My Rotary Club members told me to go into sales.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
Have lived in different parts of the world; speak colloquial German and Arabic in addition to French. Taught computer science abroad and use systems to support clients in understanding the market.
