He and his team really went above and beyond the call of duty, as the house needed some repairs and cleaning and I was out of state and could not coordinate. Andy handled the details and put together a plan of action, performing a concise market analysis and creating an online listing, including video, that showed off my houses charms. He also coordinated open house showings, but the house wasnt even on the market a month before Andy found a buyer. I received an offer over the asking price, thanks to his diligence. At every step of the process, Andy was professional, informative, and responsive to my questions. I would heartily recommend him and his team to anyone selling or buying in the area.
