Hello everyone, I wanted to let everyone know that The del real group is the best real estate group around. Last year (2021) Andy started helping me buy a house. The market was hot, interest rates were low, and everyone was rushing to pay over asking. During the summer months, I lost several houses around the 450k to 500k mark as people were literally offering 40k+ over asking. Andy kept telling me... do not rush it we will find you a nice home... no matter how long it takes. He worked with me in and out, and the last house was, unfortunately, needing too many repairs, but Andy was experienced enough to know exactly what inspections to require. He saved me money. You better go for it!!! a 1950 square foot house in oakdale for under 500k with a 7,000+ square foot lot. Go do that, because if I was in your shoes... I would do the same thing. Andy, in the whole process was super professional always looking for my true best interests. He was not in it for the money. He really was in it to help me.
