I recently sold a vacation rental property and just days away from closing, we ran into a few serious issues that could have delayed the sale and resulted in thousands of dollars of lost rental income, not to mention some very disappointed guests. I was off island at the time and was considering cutting my trip short, but that was not necessary, as Ilona took immediate action and handled everything on my behalf. Additionally, she was able to get me top dollar for my condo, which at the time of writing this review, still holds the record for highest sale in the history of the complex. In my experience, no property sale goes off without a hitch, but if you work with Ilona, you will feel as if it did. Needless to say, I would highly recommend her.
