I can?t say enough about our experience working with Erick. We knew nothing about the home buying process in Puerto Rico and initially had some trouble getting responses from real estate agents. That all changed when we contacted Erick. Months before arriving to the island, he graciously (and patiently) sat with us to explain the process and answer all of our questions. He kept in contact us with and even started showing us properties despite not being there to view them. When we arrived, the great customer service continued. He was quick to contact sellers regarding visits and any questions we had, and completely worked around our schedule to schedule viewings. When we finally spotted a place we loved, Erick helped us negotiate the price and provided guidance throughout the mortgage/closing process. Even after closing, Erick has continuously made himself available to us, providing great recommendations and insights as we learn to navigate the island. I am delighted to share my experience with everybody. The property I needed to sell was in a unique situation. Luxury home with extensive damage from Hurricane Maria. I research in Zillow for several month while getting the house ready for a real state agency with great performance. Price listed/ price sold and time it took to sell and the name Ilia Martinez & Asociados was consistent in results. Digna Martinez was assigned. First appointment was on Nov 6th by Nov 15th the photos and video were taken. Sale sign in property on Nov 21th. Publish on social media on the Nov 29th and received the first offer same day. House sold on December 22nd. As you can see this was around Thanksgiving Day and Christmas time. Digna and the agency worked at full throttle since our first contact. Digna always offered clear and consistent communication during the process. I never had the need to call her once. She outlook that all document were ready for a prompt and problem free closure. I received all I was looking for from a real state agency and I am and will continue to recommend their services.

Erick did an outstanding job since day one. He found me the perfect home (that I was reluctant to see in the first place), he was always on top of everything, always one step ahead of me, super responsive and efficient with the loan docs and he still reaches out every now and then even after the sell finalized.
