Writing this review for Ida is especially difficult and incredibly easy at the same time. Back in 2016 Ida helped my husband and I purchase our first home and it was an amazing experience. Ida is not your average real estate agent. She goes above and beyond EVERY SINGLE DAY. She comes with so much experience and isnt afraid to be completely transparent no matter how it affects her bottom line. She genuinely just wants the best for every person she works with. This year we decided to sell the home Ida helped us buy and to no surprise Ida pulled this off without a hitch. I literally cannot count the number of times she went way out of her way to make sure that something was done right. Ida was simply the best! Ive bought/sold six homes since 2002; thats 10 total realtor transactions. By far Ida was the best realtor to work with. I would recommend her to my best friends, parents, anybody. And, when its time to rent or sell the home she helped us buy here in Bremerton, I will call her without hesitation. One example of her above and beyond - we bought a new build in July that would be finished in November. I was still stationed in San Diego during that time. Ida visited the build site once or twice a month and sent us a video of the progress. We didnt ask her to do that but were very pleasantly surprised after receiving the first video.
