Ian is very professional, super friendly and highly knowledgeable in what he does. He waited patiently almost 6 months before I was ready to put the home on market and gave me enough time to work at my own pace with no pressure. He gave his valuable advice throughout the process of sale and went above and beyond that I couldnt have done without him. He listed the property for the right price which got sold in one day! I couldnt make it to closing , but he took care of the whole deal with absolutely no issues or complaints that I heard. He was able to postpone the date of closing upon my request due to my job obligation. He is very genuine person in making sure the buyers are also taken care of at the same time by giving me the right advice and the whole process went very smoothly and stress free with him. He handled everything so well. He got all the approvals from the township and was present on the days that I couldnt stay home to take care of minor repairs that came up during the sale. He would dress down to help me with moving the furniture around during staging and get rid of the unwanted also. He got the smoke alarms checked and replaced. He has an excellent team of professional writer and a photographer who made the sale faster. I am thankful for Ian is a Godsend realtor to me. ????????

Jody is AMAZING. She walked us through step-by-step of buying our first home. She was unbelievably patient and listened to exactly what we wanted. She has so much knowledge and gave us advice/tips throughout the whole process. We loved working with her so much it was almost sad that we wouldnt see her anymore after we closed on our house!
