Even though The Redstone Group was founded in 2020 it really began back in 2005. After graduating from Virginia Tech in 2004, I Co-Founded Select Realty and in 2016 after 12 years we took the next step in growing our team and joined forces with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices. Now in 2020, we are continuing to grow the team with Samson Properties. My wife and I recently bought a house with Ian and could not have asked for more out of a real estate agent. The housing market in Northern Virginia has never been more competitive and we found ourselves competing with multiple offers. Ian's expertise and persistence allowed us to put a contract on a house before it went on the market. He did whatever it took to make sure we saw houses before or as soon as they hit the market and spent his evenings and weekends showing us houses.
