We used Ian Bush to purchase both a new construction (Mar 2021) and to sell our home (Sept 2020). Ian was referred to us by some friends who purchased a home with him a few years back. He is a true professional and a genuine nice guy. He made the process of purchasing and selling our home very straightforward. What made the process even easier is he had recommendations for a range of services (i.e., home cleaning, drywall repair, home inspector, etc) and even coordinated the scheduling of those services so we could focus on more important things during the buying and selling of our home. Whether through email or phone, his communication was impeccable and he always was available to field questions, hear our concerns, or just check in to see how we were doing during the process.Ian is a very trustworthy agent and we would highly recommend him. I would highly recommend Ian to anyone looking for realtor. Ian worked with us closely and gave us a game plan as to how to go about selling our home and by when. Ian is skilled and precise when it comes to the market and vast knowledge of what buyers are looking for. If you want your home sold as soon as possible I'd highly recommend going with Ian. He never pushed or forced us to do anything we didn't want. Also, he gave very good guidance and stayed on top of things until our home was sold. Whenever questions arose he was always there with us at every step of the way. We highly recommend him if you want your home sold for a good value. Don't think twice and see for yourself.

We're home owners! A+++. I would like to first start by saying that Ian has went above and beyond throughout the entire process. As first time home owners, this process had the potential of being very stressful for a younger couple. Ian handled the entire experience with such a high level of professionalism and confidence that my husband and I still look back and comment about how easy and well informed we felt. Our house hunting and relationship with Ian began over 3 years ago when my husband and I were browsing the new home inventory for when we were ready to purchase. Since then, Ian has kept in contact with us (and not in an overbearing seller fashion) by updating the local inventory options via email. His style of professional perseverance helped us feel informed but not pressured. Once we were ready to purchase (3 years later!) we contacted Ian and he met us that same day, remembering every detail about us and our family. He came with a list of local houses on the market that fit our budget and within days, we found our "dream home". With Ian handling all of the "behind the scenes" work with the mortgage company and seller's agent, the process has been incredibly smooth.... and we officially moved in yesterday! There are many realtors out there that I am sure can get you into a house but if you want an exceptional experience, with a professional realtor who is unrelentingly on your side.... then Ian is your guy!
