ZillowVERIFIEDDawn takes your home search seriously. She knows the area and is also willing to expand her knowledge of other communities around the greater Grand Rapids area. She always and I mean always made us feel as if we were very special people to her. She never made us feel as if we were asking too much from her. Always smiling and greeted us with a cheerfulness that was contagious. We couldn't seem to decide exactly where we wanted to look for houses. Did we want to look in Grand Rapids itself, or look at outlying communities. How far from Grand Rapids did we want to look? We had her looking all over the place. Some days we had 3 houses to look at and the first might be in Sparta, the second in Wyoming, and the 3rd in Walker. You get my point. She never made us feel as if we were asking too much. Always that smile and cheerfulness. Always willing to look at that "one more house". We were looking at houses in the Grand Rapids area from our home in Tennessee and used Zoom to look at the houses. I am a very picky and Dawn was always happy to go look at that previous room a second or even 3rd time. Have you ever tried walking in an unfamiliar place, holding a camera and talking. all at the same time? Dawn managed to make this look easy. I highly recommend Dawn to help you with your house hunting. You won't be disappointed.
