For the past 22 years I have made integrity and hard work the cornerstones of my business. I service all of Broward County as well as South Palm Beach County. There are a lot of moving pieces for every transaction, so you need an experienced Realtor like me that works well with inspectors, title companies, agents and lenders. For my sellers I use the latest marketing tools to help my sellers obtain the highest price for their home in the shortest time period as possible, with the terms that work best for them. I provide a complimentary home valuation in order to position the home at the best price. As your agent I will provide full service when I list your home. Your home will appear on all the major websites and social media reaching thousands of buyers who are looking to purchase a home in your area. I will also host an open house, show your home to buyers and have a professional photographer take photographs of your home. I will negotiate the transaction, coordinate inspections and appraisals.
