Our house hunting journey started with Hope. I'm not talking about the feeling of hope (which was difficult to conjure in the 2021/22 housing market), I'm talking about Hope Mazzola, or aEURoeSaint HopeaEUR? as I often referred to her as. It began with an email from her with a link to the house of our dreams, a needle in a haystack if you will. The current housing market is not favorable to buyers but if you have someone on your side who will fight for you to make sure you get the house you want, Hope is the one to make those dreams come true. We were up against multiple offers and Hope was determined to work with the seller's agent to offer the best deal while ensuring we dont pay more than we should. Once our offer was accepted, we faced another pitfall of the seller needing to finish work at the house before we can sign the contract. With a pending rise in interest rates along with a baby on the way, we were up against the clock. Hope pulled out all the stops, reached out to her contacts, flexed her negotiating skills, and got us the keys to our new house in a timely manner. She made herself available to us as if she had no other clients, which was far from the truth. If you are lucky enough to work with Hope, you know you will have an agent that has your best interest at heart. Someone who doesnt stop working for you - even after the closing. She has been an invaluable resource for anything home-related and helped us (former city-dwellers) get situated and settled into our new home with ease, and even prepared a beautiful "welcome home" gift package for us. I cant say enough good things about Hope, but will end it with the following statement: There is no way my husband and I would have gotten our house without Hope. She is a saint! #YouGottaHaveHope

Hope is everything we were looking for in a real estate agent. She worked with us for YEARS to find our forever home. She made herself available as we teetered back and forth with selling our first house, and we never felt any pressure from her to make a certain decision (as some other agents had done). Her knowledge of the true value of properties in each part of town was spot-on, and her experience with the process of buying and selling was invaluable. If she didnt know something about a property, she figured it out for us quickly. If we called or emailed, she responded thoroughly and immediately. Hope Mazzola helped me sell my house that was initially listed on the market in March and finally sold on October 1st, 2020. This all during COVID restrictions on house viewings and limited showings.Hope was my beacon. Always calm and laid back with buyers who obviously weren't serious, but extremely savvy about buyers who were actually good potentials. From the first day she brought her stager in to completely change my shabby environs into an appealing interior - about which we had quite a few laughs - to the plant she bought me to cheer me up when things looked bleak, she remained a constant force in the process. We lived through some attorneys who were difficult to contact, contract conditions that seemed implausible and last-minute change arounds that would have had a lesser agent wanting to run away. Not so Hope. She is honestly a consummate professional, will do the best for her clients but will tell you when you need to shape up and be realistic. Her value assessment and comparables for my property from day one and understanding of who might be interested turned out to be completely accurate. I got a great price for my house, made a smooth transition through closing with her help and recommend her without hesitation. As her text message sign off says: "You gotta have Hope." I'm glad I did.
