Hope made the selling my home a BREEZE. Extremely knowledgeable about the area and how the whole process works. Would highly recommend. She came in and took great pictures even while I was still living there. Had buyers lined up and ready to show the home almost immediately. She also walked me through getting any things cleaned up that prospective buyers may not like to see. Negotiated extremely well with me on what to set my price at and how I would come out on the end of the deal.
