She and her listing Packet made what I thought was going to be overwhelming, a very smooth experience. I even looked through her buyers packet for my next property. We listed my place on a Wednesday and accepted an offer the following Thursday! ! ! come on people...8 days !!!!. Now only dealing with the buyers contingency. . The only advice I would give anyone sell your place before u buy one. Banks wont finance TWO primary residences...!!! But I would and will use hope every time I can promise you that.
