We were committed to finding a new home in the Pioneer Valley - 3 months to search the Spring listings and make an offer. Where to start? After interviewing a few local realtors, we selected Holly Young from Delap. From the first questions we asked, we were sure Holly was the best to help us. We were given more than just answers - we were provided strategies, logic, and insight that only comes from a true professional. Holly clearly knows the current market, and met us personally at every listing we wanted to see. Never any push-back, attitude, or awkwardness no matter how many questions / concerns / emails / texts / last minute apprehensions we threw at her. (And we had quite a few!) Her online MLS listings came fast and made choosing which homes to see easy. She handled the listing agents, bid offers, and any setbacks with grace and aplomb. From the moment Holly met with us, she became a champion of our house, and did everything possible to smoothly facilitate the very emotional process of selling our home of 28 years. Holly was our buyers agent for a recent home purchase and she was wonderful to work with. She has extensive knowledge of the local real estate market, knows contractors who were able to estimate potential costs, and was extremely helpful at negotiating a fair price. We were traveling out of town during part of the offer process and Holly was very comfortable working remotely through calls, texts, and emails. When we were back in town, she was equally responsive to meet in person.
