I just sold a rental property with Holly. I was worried since I live out of state in California and not local to Cleveland. When we first listed the property it was out of date and we got some really low offers. I decided to invest some money into the property to ensure that I can sell the property. I reached out to Holly and through here network of contractors, pretty much built a brand new house on the interior and exterior. The choices they made were perfect and after completion we got immediate interest. The property ended being sold for more than what I expected. Holly's communication via email, text or phone was excellent and she kept me in the loop when needed. I highly recommend Holly to anyone looking to sell a property...
