Heather was easy to work with, great communication, very responsive. She did great under pressure as we picked a bunch of houses that were not a good fit, after showing us those and having very limited time to work with she recommended the perfect house for us! She is very persistent in getting answers for all our questions with the HOA or utility providers as well!
