Holly and her team are hands down the best group of people to deal with and in our opinion the only reality group you should use. Holly and her team are always there to answer any questions you may have, look over documents, and can explain documents in great detail. We were first time home buyers and living in a different state when we went under contract for our current home and Holly couldn't have found a better spot for us to call home. Holly is incredible. She and her team work tirelessly to ensure you find the perfect property. She's knowledgeable and professional in every aspect of home buying/selling, from knowing the market to knowing the other people you will work with along the way (such as lenders and appraisers). Holly and her team helped us buy a house when we were geographically separated, which should have been a nightmare, but actually went relatively smoothly with her assistance.
