Martin assisted us in selling our home in record time. He handled EVERYTHING! He represented us at the photography session, held countless open houses and showings, set up a referral for maid service when we needed it, checked on the home repeatedly in our absence, handled touchy negotiations with the buyer, and he even made a copy of the house key with the locksmith for us! Martin is not one of those realtors that gets your listing and sits on it for 6 months. Martin and his team took prompt action IMMEDIATELY and maintained sustained, ongoing efforts to sell our property. With Martin and his team, you feel as if YOU AND YOUR HOUSE are the only priority in the world. He provided us with weekly analytics on the progress of our home's exposure and was always so pleasant and willing to answer our questions. He and his team were extremely responsive and every member of the team is on the texts so that everyone is on the 'same page' all the time. It was so nice to know that he and his team were doing everything they could to sell our home. After our experience, I would never buy or sell a home with anyone else, but Martin.

I have deep disappointment with my recent experience involving Martin, Holly and his firm in a real estate transaction. I strongly advise against entering into any deals with Martin et el without first consulting knowledgeable legal counsel to protect your legal rights and interests. It had become apparent to me that Martin lacks proper thoroughness in certain document review (especially mortgage commitment letter requirements) and disregards specific requests made by his clients. It seemed that his priority was more about maintaining a relationship with the seller's agent rather than advocating for my interests as the customer as per a text he had the audacity to send to me. This has left me in a very precarious situation, requiring me to seek extensive legal advice. Furthermore, I would caution against working with anyone Martin might recommend for a mortgage. I was placed in a position where I felt I was being pressured to commit potential illegal mortgage activity by his recommended broker, (I did not for obvious reasons) to secure loan approval, which is both alarming and unacceptable- It was advised & suggested I lower my insurance levels to push my mortgage through due to DTI issues and then raise my insurance levels post closing (All on text and or audio recording) -That is potentially committing illegal means to obtain a mortgage/funds. This experience has been incredibly troubling, and I feel it is important to share my scary concerns with consumers to prevent others from facing a similar situation. Or even civil and or possible criminal consequences from negligent advice or actions of this individual. Clearly intellect told me-to back away, major red flags!! I also will not be intimidated nor threatened in any capacity, especially when it comes to potential legal consequences on myself - Very unethical!!
