ZillowVERIFIEDOur experience with Holly was outstanding. Searching for a home far away was a daunting challenge, as we could not easily make the trips to see the homes in person. That made our relationship and confidence in our realtor paramount. Communication with Holly was excellent as we went back and forth with texts, calls, emails and video tours. A response was never more than a few minutes away, and if she did not have an immediate answer, she would research it and get back to us. Holly quickly understood our list of must-haves and optional amenities. While our list was not extensive, waterfront property with boat access was a requirement. She focused on showing us qualifying properties, but also presented some homes that were worth consideration. As no property could check off everything on our list, she helped us keep an open mind and showed us the pros and cons of each property. We discussed potential improvements within our budget to meet our needs. She also presented a list of vetted contractors for estimates on home improvements and provided them with access to the property for quotes. Holly was remarkably knowledgeable about all the areas of interest. She presented facts and history about the communities, comparative property values, community events, art, music and dining. As the market was in flux, Holly helped us understand comparative home values and negotiated a price that was 9% below the listing price. With each property, we were presented with tax estimates, contacts for insurance quotes and FEMA flood zone information. She also presented multiple home inspectors and renegotiated the final price to compensate for repairs. Hollys dedication to us was evident from our very first interaction. And with each text, video tour or email, we knew we had chosen a great realtor. She addressed every concern and helped us overcome some procedural hurdles. She remains committed to us even after the closing and is willing to help in any way. We found a great realtor who goes the extra mile, but we also found a friend who is knowledgeable and helpful.
