As a first time home buyer the whole process seemed a bit overwhelming to me but I wanted to take leap and see if I could find a home.A friend from work recommended Holly saying she was very good so I decided to call her and inquire about the process.Holly was very knowledgeable and walked me through the first phases of the buying process with ease. Once I found a home I was interested in she was very responsive answering all my questions and soon after she was showing me a model home . Holly thoroughly explained every part of the contract for my offer to ensure everything was clear to me.When meeting with the builders for a home Holly had various questions for them that I wouldn't have thought of and this was very helpful.Holly kept me well updated while I waited to hear back from the builders.In the meantime I was curious about possibly seeing other homes on the market but wasn't sure since I made an offer already; Holly cleared that up for me and helped me continue with my search. Holly had an idea of what I was searching for and was looking out for my interest, I trusted her judgement.Unfortunately the first home I was interested in did not work out, negligence on their end.Eventually I found the home which I just closed on with Holly (1/11/2021).When it came to negotiating, as I mentioned before, Holly looked out for my best interest. She clearly explained to the seller my offer and they were satisfied, as was I when I learned that they accepted my offer. The remainder of the process was not as overwhelming as I first thought. Holly kept me updated and scheduled inspections with reliable sources. She also kept in contact with my loan officer to clear up any other questions I had regarding any documentation I needed (since I was doing a VA loan).Overall I am extremely satisfied with how everything turned out. With Holly's help I was able to achieve my goal of becoming a home owner. I would highly recommend her to anyone that was in the market to purchase real estate. Thank you Holly.
