Holly Beard was our realtor and she was wonderful! We met with her in November to look at the 55+ communities in Ocala, and then she very patiently guided us through the process of buying a property remotely. Holly recommended potential lenders, insurance brokers, cleaning women - she contacted the HOA resident services on our behalf to get lists of recommended handymen and painters, she always responded to our questions/concerns promptly and communicated with the sellers on our behalf when it was needed.
