This was my second time working with Holly; it reminded my why we chose her the first time. While selling our acreage, she switched to help us with the process of building a new home. Selecting a person to help you with possibly one of the biggest transaction of your life can be very daunting. Holly helped us sell our house and she was amazing. Our process took over a year because of having to wait on our new house to be available. She was there every step of the way. She advised us on updates to do on the house we were selling and everything. I bugged her with many stupid questions and they didnt faze her. Once our house was on the market, she got us an offer in less than a week. This was even during the terrible season for selling houses. This was my first house to sell and Im so glad I had Holly. She has that old fashioned service mindset that is hard to find now days. Goes well above and beyond her job as well. She never made me feel like I was bugging her. If I am ever in the market to buy or sell again, she will be who I call!
