ZillowVERIFIEDBecause we made the wise choice to list with Hollie we sold our house WITHOUT having to list it. This is because she is superlatively networked in the Abingtons. Her knowledge of the marketplace in the Abingtons is also difficult to equal. I say this because several members of our family found past listings that we thought would inform our selling and negotiating strategy. In each case (at least 12 properties) Hollie knew all the details we had found BUT also knew things about the properties that were not in the listings. She is also unremittingly gracious, charming and fair. She was straightforward with sharing her reasoning without trying to supplant our ultimate authority to make all decisions. I will also note that Hollie suffered a major loss as we were going through our sale. However, this caused zero diminishment in the execution of her service to us; if this doesn't define "professionalism" I don't know what does. If Hollie has room in her schedule for you, do yourself a favor and sign with her as she's a Jedi master among real estate agents.
