I wish I could give Holli and The Alexander Team 10+ stars in every category. As soon as I connected with Holli, she not only took the time to understand what I was looking for and why it was so important to me but also followed through and genuinely acted on what I was saying. As we went to many many showings, Holli would point out certain things about the home that might be a concern or something that was a great feature. This really helped me as I obviously don't have the experience or knowledge she so clearly possesses. If I had questions after a showing, it seemed Holli would immediately call the listing agent and send comps to me. I never felt like Holli was juggling multiple clients and showings (even though she was!) because she made me feel prioritized. When it came to writing offers, Holli would talk me through different strategies to be competitive but never pushed me or suggested something that I was uncomfortable with. When my offer got accepted, Holli didn't skip a beat in sending me the next steps, working with the lender, sharing insurance brokers, inspectors, etc. I am thrilled to have my home, but I miss all my time with Holli! She made this crazy process so fun. I plan to be in my home for a long time, but I will 1000% use Holli and her team when I plan to make a move and I will also send every single person I know to her :)

My wife and I were moving from Tulsa to St. Louis and was looking for something quickly in a hyper competitive market. I was commuting 400 miles to look at properties, and originally had a different realtor who did not reply to emails over the weekend. I contacted Holli and she immediately set me up with multiple loan officers and began sending me listings. She was flexible in working with my schedule as I explained to her I would be driving from Tulsa Oklahoma. If Holli was not available, someone else on the Alexander Team assisted me.. Holli explained the market and assisted in two offers. After an offer was excepted, the rest of the Alexander Team helped with the remainder of the process. I cannot express my gratitude enough for the exceptional service they provided.
