While several of them have been disasters, most have been adequate. But we have never had the great good fortune to be able to work with realtors as knowledgable, reliable, and pleasant as Stephanie and Hobie.Because we lost our forest home during the LNU Lightening Complex Fire, we were essentially thrust into having to buy a new home against our will. We were grateful for how well Stephanie and Hobie appreciated our situation, and understood that in the beginning we weren't even sure exactly what kind of home we were looking for. They were very patient with us as we viewed a number of different sorts of homes, and we appreciated how they encouraged us not to settle for something that didn't truly appeal to us just because we were getting tired of looking.
