She pinpointed the perfect property and worked tirelessly to ensure we were able buy it among multiple offers and challenges we couldn't have navigated without her. 10/10 would recommend!

Hillary Leutwyler is an asset on your side. If you're looking for a realtor who knows the market, cares about her clients outside of the sale and loves what she does pick Hillary. She helped us buy our house and always found the time to help us no matter what else was going on. She kept in contact even after closing and was always there if I needed suggestions for about anything, even things not real estate related. When we were selling, Hillary came over with all the information clearly laid out and walked us through all the steps and expected timing. She hired professionals on our behalf when needed so we felt covered and taken care at every step. She did a fantastic job and we had offers on our house the first night it was on the market. We had multiple offers by the third night so Hillary created a spreadsheet for us to look at the numbers and then walked us through the offers on a zoom call since we were all separated due to COVID. I could not be happier with how things went. Buying and selling houses can be very stressful. Knowing you have a realtor who is on top of everything gives you such a peace of mind. That's what Hillary does for us.
