He promised to find a house for us within an established timeline and he exceeded expectations.I would send a home to him thinking it would take time to receive a response but he would have appointment options ready the same day! He was so attentive and responsive to our needs. It never felt like he was selling us anything but actively listening to our needs while helping us make an informed decision. If i could give him 30 stars i would! He is a sharp negotiator that is honest and fair. I would call him with questions that seemed basic but he was patient enough to be there for us to make sure we understood the process.The home buying process is overwhelming, but with a team member like Herman the stress is decreased drastically. I am so grateful for the hard work and dedication that he showed during this process. I thank God for my amazing team!
