Herb has extensive knowledge of the Cape Cod RE market, especially the upscale villages of Osterville & Cotuit. His business has been established since the 1970's and he is well-known and respected locally in the industry. He has a special appreciation for, and understanding of, historic restoration and renovation and can see the potential in any property often offering many interesting ideas for a redesign that would maintain historical integrity. When the time came for me to list my home, he put together a great CMA to show me the real market value (versus appraised value) of my home to determine an appropriate list price. The comps he presented were on point and clearly not chosen by an automated service. As a former nationwide RE developer, Herb knew some great places to advertise my home outside of the area. Overall, Herb provided personalized, white-glove service in stark contrast to some of the franchise agencies I've worked with in the past. As a small business owner, it is clear that he takes a personal interest in each and every client or customer and their needs/wants.
