He went above and beyond for both the purchase of our new home and the sale of our home of 20 years. He made it so much easier on us, from scheduling home & septic inspections and repairs to being a go between for the financing, he stayed on top of it all. Hes incredibly knowledgeable on anything that involved the sale or purchase of a new home including strategies to help a person make the best possible offer on a home. I found out its not just the highest offer that counts.
