Helen Riggins

Helen was nice enough. We chose her to be our selling agent because of her experience. As far as we know Helen's office did not have one showing of our home, when other realtors showed our home there was sometimes a requested time of 2 to 3 hour window for them. We asked Helen's office to be notified more than once when the showing ended ,so we could come home with our two dogs. Not once was we notified and we spent needless uncomfortable time in our not car with our dogs. A courtesy call phone call would have been so helpful. We also did not feel that we had enough information coming from her pertaining to the progression of the actual sale once we entered into it. We were left wondering what stage the buyers were in,so we could determine what needed to be done by us in order to be out of the home in time for closing. We started putting our things in a storage not knowing if we were moving or not. I feel that for the money a realtor makes from either buyer or seller there should be more personal attention given to lessen a stressful time. It would do good for those in this profession to remember that their clients are NOT knowledgeable about the steps,time limits,and any other nuances which the agent is. So Helen did successfully cause out home to be sold, but we went away unimpressed with our experience with the personal care side. Mary MacRae
