Took several hours to view a home after an appt had been made. No records were kept of who was showing the home. Person showing never called back. Office phone employee was rude and disinterested. Every person had different information about the rental. No straight story was given. Took a month to process a simple application. Would not answer phone calls, only emailed, had to make multiple 40 min trips to their office to correct mismanagement and misunderstandings that eventually lead to a denial of the application due to said mismanagement. No understanding of math or communication in the slightest. Would not recommend to anyone, landlord or tenant.

Doesn't respond to you at all and has his office do all the talking and even then they don't know what's going on. Beware don't list your house with him because he won't respond to the people interested in the home. I

I recently purchased a short sale home. Heith was my realtor and he did an excellent job. Short sales can be very frustrating and long, but he constantly kept me updated on the progress and any time I had a question, he was quick to respond. He would not leave me waiting and wondering.
