I would highly recommend Heidi Robinson for real estate needs in Santa Cruz county. My husband and I both work at home and so needed work space and well as living space. That along with wanting to live in Felton and having a limiting price point made finding a place for us a challenge. When we first sat down to talk about our parameters, Heidi was quick to pick up on our needs and wants. She told us it would be possible to get a property at our price point, but that finding one with the space layout we needed would be a challenge. However, she thought that with persistence, it could be done. She set us up with a search tool of the MLS that showed us the properties that met our parameters as soon as they came on the market.
