I'm in charge of all SHB's house purchases for the company such as Renovation Buys, Wholesale Buys and Selling. I review Contracts for all consultants prior to sending to attorney. Oversee buying & selling processes with attorney. Manage the process from contract to close. I personally train all new Realtor's & Consultants. Review numbers & stats with each Realtor/Consultant. Doing a final walk-thru and punch list for each home we purchase. Review Staging setup and make necessary changes if any. Listing & Selling all renovated houses and overseeing consultants who become agents. At the end of the day, I can help you with any Traditional Listing & enjoy working with buyers!
