1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Interview a few agents first before starting to work with them. Different agents provide different levels of services. Not only can I show listed properties, we also have access to unmarketed properties via our YIKES campaign.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Agents are independent contractors and control the type of marketing that they will or will not invest in. Their negotiations style will also dictate how much you walk away with at closing. If you want to walk away with more money in your pocket at closing, interview and compare what the listing agents will do for you.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
Relocation buyers, luxury homes, foreclosures, shortsales, residential sellers, acreages, lake homes, commercial property, etc.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
Listed a home and received multiple offers. Via a highest and best system, the seller walked away with roughly $13,000 more than they should have.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I was a real estate investor and bought many properties. Then friends, family, and business associates asked me to help them with their real estate needs.
