ZillowVERIFIEDHector restored my trust in realtors. Hector went above and beyond to sell our house and to help us purchase a new house. His professionalism was above reproach. He listened to us and make recommendations and suggestions on how to obtain our purchase. During the hottest days this summer, Hector never hesitated to show us houses and was patient with us during this process. Hector was available whenever we needed him and was always encouraging. Hector is a truly great guy and we highly recommend him.

ZillowVERIFIED I feel 5 ratings are less. We met him 4 years back, since then, he has always kept us updated on the market by sending us newsletters. When we were ready to buy, he understood our requirements and helped us with the buying process. He was always on time for the showings and was patient as we saw too many houses before we closed. Thanks, Hector for the incredible support and for making this buying process so smooth. Thanks again.

ZillowVERIFIED Hector helped us sell our house in Plano, TX. He has guided us through the process of selling the home very well. As I look backwards, I realize all the advices he provided were dot on. The entire process of selling was smooth and there were no surprises through out. He kept us in the loop and informing us on what to expect in the coming days and weeks. We had a more than 30 offers on the house and he counseled us on how we can potentially evaluate the offers. He is knowledgeable Real Estate professional, Who excels in his service. We had a severe ice storm here in Texas while we were in the processing of selling. We had already moved out of the house. He offered to help and check on the house and ensure taps are left dripping, so that we do not end up paying for broken pipes inside the house!! It was pretty bad ice storm and I am glad Hector was there for us.

ZillowVERIFIED Very helpful and handled all of the awkward negotiations with sellers and repair requests for our new home. He was very responsive to questions and requests to view homes and was always flexible which was very important due to these uncertain times with Covid-19. Would recommend.

ZillowVERIFIED We will be using Hector for all future real estate needs. He went above and beyond to take care of us and meet our needs. Any questions we had or any needs he was quick to respond to. He was on top of everything and made my husband and I feel as if he valued us as clients and our needs were top priority. I have not had the type of service he offered in a very long time. It was really refreshing and greatly appreciated.

ZillowVERIFIED Hector guided us through the entire process of selling our home from construction to closing. He was professional in how he represented us. He had great advise on how much remodeling was necessary for top dollar for our property. The most important thing Hector provided us was follow through. He did what he said he would do every time. His sound advise was a blessing when you are in a sea of indecision. Thanks, Hector!

ZillowVERIFIED Hector was recommended by our Omaha, NE Re/Max realtor and has done a great job with all the requirements to close on our new Home. He was always willing and able to assist with what ever is required to get us into our home. He and his team are highly professional and were always welcoming when visiting their Montgomery office. Highly recommended and I will use him in all my future buys/sells in the Albuquerque, NM area, as well as provide others with his contact info.

ZillowVERIFIED Hector made the home buying process as easy and stress-free as possible. We could rely on him for guidance, advice, and local knowledge of the neighborhoods we were looking at. He brought to the table trustworthy inspectors, and over 15 years of experience in the real estate business. ZillowVERIFIED Mr. Pimentel worked with my 93 year old father to find a one level simpler home in the area of town that he was interested. My father also wanted a home with a low maintenance yard. Hector was excellent at working with my father, very patient and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. My father found a home and with the help of Mr. Pimentel bought it. My father was very happy as was the rest of my siblings with what a good responsive relationship Hector had with my father. My father was so happy that he is continuing to keep Mr. Pimentel busy selling his previous home. He has been helpful in getting the other house prepared for the market. I cannot thank Hector enough for his continued diligence in working with my father. Mr. Pimentel is a very caring and compassionate person who cares about the person, not just the business.

He was educated in helping me decide what would be a good first home for me. He helped me stay within my budget and get a home I love.
