Hector helped us sell our house in Plano, TX. He has guided us through the process of selling the home very well. As I look backwards, I realize all the advices he provided were dot on. The entire process of selling was smooth and there were no surprises through out. He kept us in the loop and informing us on what to expect in the coming days and weeks. We had a more than 30 offers on the house and he counseled us on how we can potentially evaluate the offers. He is knowledgeable Real Estate professional, Who excels in his service. We had a severe ice storm here in Texas while we were in the processing of selling. We had already moved out of the house. He offered to help and check on the house and ensure taps are left dripping, so that we do not end up paying for broken pipes inside the house!! It was pretty bad ice storm and I am glad Hector was there for us.
