I cant say enough about his professionalism and knowledge within the industry. He has high integrity and is very conscientious and tenacious, always keeping the clients best interests in mind. One of the qualities I respected the most was his no-nonsense style. He gets to the point quickly yet professionally, always respecting the clients time. He does a great job of listening to his clients needs and does not waste time showing properties which do not meet the clients objectives. He does research to assist with assessing a fair market value of the property for the offer and then negotiates effectively with the opposing broker on behalf of the client. He is extremely responsive to questions; responding immediately to odd hours text questions or concerns I may have. He shows great attention to the details enabling the transaction to get done fast, accurately while not missing any items. I have the highest level of confidence in him. Our purchase went very smoothly, fast, accurate and on time. We had an issue with electrical following the close of the transaction and Hector had great follow through even though the sale was already executed. As mentioned above, he represented me on the purchase side of the transaction. I also would not hesitate to use him as my listing agent if I were selling a property. He is very smart, and transactions can sometime become very complex. I have the highest level of confidence in him and feel he would be able to properly assess any situation and figure out an effective solution. THE BEST REALTOR EVER!!!! We found our dream home with pool and property, and made an offer on contingenthat we sale our current home. It was stressful and the previous owner of our new home and their realtor were extremely hard to work and communicate with. Hector not only made it happen, but put his work gloves on and helped the previous owner move out (again wasn't being cooperative) to help us get in our new home in a timely manner. Let me start by saying that Hector is an amazing person. We are so grateful to him for helping us find the home that was perfect for us. Let me tell you this was not easy by any means. We sadly waisted appx 6 months with another Realitor who did not deliver on what was promised and brought NO traffic to our home that we listed. We were so discouraged and took our home off market. Happily we were blessed to have met Hector appx a week after this nightmare, Hector listed our home and with his expertise & motivation he had our home sold in less the 90 days and for more money then we intended ,,,, thats not all Hector dedicated himself to helping us find our new home., this was not easy being that we had 4 cities in mind and each were opposite of each other. Hector had such Patience and understanding when it came to my checklist ,,, he must of shown us at least 20 plus homes MAKING EACH ONE AS IT WAS THE 1st ... this meant the world to me because I knew he cared. Our experience of selling & buying at the same time was so easy because of Hector. Selling our home and having to FIND and purchase can be very overwhelming but thanks to our Realitor and his knowledge and know how made it seemless and took loads off us.
