Heather very seriously listened to my desires and price range, and only showed properties that fell into those categories. When showing houses she went over the whole house and specifically looked at areas of concern. She recommended wonderful people to help with mortgage and inspection. She stayed in touch after I found and purchased a property, and was ready with helpful advice for a new homeowner! Heather was fantastic from day one. Hugely responsive which was what first drew me to her. Made lots of phone calls to make sure I was getting good deals on inspections etc, and explained things to me in a way that was very easy to understand. Being a first time home buyer I wasnt sure about a lot of it, and we definitely had some unusual things happen through the process. Heather was supportive through all of it, I believe there were several times she went above and beyond what her realtor duties covered. Would definitely use her the next time we decide to buy or sell a house, and recommend her when friends and family ask.
