I truly love, value & excel in Real Estate. I was raised by a mother who was a lender and flipped houses. I was always in awe of how much she could accomplish. I started investing in Real Estate myself and along side of her over 11 years ago and have never looked back. At the start of the Pandemic I lost my job so i figured there was no time like the present to dive in and get my actual license so I could take all the real estate knowledge I had grown up with and share it with others. I pride myself in being kind, hardworking, fun & organized. My negotiation skills are incredible which is one of the most important traits to have in my field. I love casting a wide net on all types of properties. I work equally with buyers & sellers. I believe you can not be a great buyers agent without knowing how to be a great listing agent and vice versa. There is no better feeling in the world for me then helping people get that property ( I do cry happy tears at times when I make that exciting phone call that we did it)!! People work so hard to buy a home or investment & that transaction should be taken care of with communication, hard work & grace. 1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Let me help you lean the ins and outs of the negotiation process so you understand how much I can take off your plate. I can connect you with amazing lenders who can really help you plan and budget for the future. I also like to tell people to try and stay calm and think positive, the right home will come, I promise!
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
You should interview a few agents, make agents work for your listing. There is a lot of work and research agents should do before you meet with them. If an agent has not done the preliminary work and they just walk through your house and tell you a rough price, you should move on & go find someone who works harder and pays more attention to detail.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
I have worked with all walks of life. I work equal 50/50 buyers a sellers. All ages! I work with FHA & VA approved buyers. I have worked with families that are out of state & are relocating as well.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
I recently had buyers who did not want to view a property because they thought it was too close to the top of their budget and did not think they could be competitive enough to even try. I felt certain this was their home...I begged of them to let me take them to see it, and here we are...they just closed on on it last week! I said you never know until you try and now they are in their dream home expecting their first baby! We were very strategic and beat out the other offers. They had complete trust in me and the process and it worked!
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I was brought up in real estate, so my love for renovating and investing in properties is what pushed me. I loved the process so much and found it incredibly rewarding. So that feeling made me want to share it with others!
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
Yes, I have a negotiation certification as well as the accredited buyers designation.
