Heather Wells

Heather Wells was born and raised in Marin County, California. She earned a double degree at the University of Colorado, Boulder in Political Science and International Business with an emphasis in the European Union. During her time at CU, Boulder, she was a Division One athlete for Swimming, as well as Sorority President of Kappa Alpha Theta. After receiving her undergraduate degrees, Heather worked to obtain her graduate degree at Harvard Business School for Real Estate Investment and Development. In her tenure as a licensed real estate agent in both the State of Oregon and California, she is proud to have sold over half a billion dollars of real estate since 2013. She believes strongly in high quality, concierge service and never compromising her integrity, honesty or clients' discretion. She has a visceral appreciation for her career and treats her clients' needs as if they were her own. She is committed to providing her client's an exceptional experience and translates her enthusiasm by thoughtfully and creatively structuring deals. She is known for her high-energy, positive attitude and pragmatic approach. Prior to working in residential sales, Heather started her real estate career as the Director of Investments and Property Management for a very lean and exceptionally fast paced real estate development company based in San Francisco. Heather personally managed 30 properties, including over 300 commercial and residential tenants, for specific and mixed-used buildings. In this position, her keen negotiation expertise was highly utilized for both commercial and residential Lease Agreements, writing new and renewal contracts, and in turn, helping build the company exponentially. When Heather is not selling real estate in Central Oregon, she spends a lot of time hiking on the trails around Bend with her morkie puppy, Franklin Delano Roosevelt. In addition, she loves skiing, playing golf, as well as frequenting great restaurants and live music scenes. She is an advocate and active participant in the Microfinance Club, which endorses the Global Grameen Bank. Her goal in 2021 includes finishing her tenth (and final) marathon in Kona, Hawaii and being listed in the Wall Street Journal's 40 under 40.
