After researching the traits of a quality real estate agent, I find that Heather ticks all the boxes. A few traits I appreciated most are: She has an engaging ( not pushy) personality. She understands the local housing market. She showed empathy to my husband and my individual needs, feelings and thoughts about selling our property. Efficient long distance communication. Heather, her assistant Saska, and the rest of her team were seamlessly in sync with each other. I would give more stars if I could !
