To say that we drove Heather crazy is an understatement! We started the process a year prior to moving, and she was nothing but kind, patient and understanding throughout the entire year! We were super indecisive and looked at probably over 40 houses in 12 different neighborhoods, and she never once made us feel pressured. If we didn't like something about a house, she didn't try to sell us on it and convince us why we should like it. She just moved on to the next. She was always available and responsive to the million questions we had (even when she was on vacation with her family in DR).
