Heather and her team were excellent:Heather met with me at my home soon after my contacting her. After seeing that it was in ready-to-sell condition, we went through all the paperwork right there, discussed pricing strategy, and set a list date/price.Her assistant Olivia coordinated a photographer appointment, who did a truly amazing job. (Heather gave me a photo album of those pictures at closing, which was a very cool gift.) Those pictures were stunning.My list info was accurate, promptly posted, and within minutes I had requests for showings. Even during COVID, in the first two days after listing, I had about 20 showings and 6-7 offers.We contracted at about 10k above list.
