Heather and Tamie are exceptional. Jenifer is very sweet and I had the pleasure of using her services twice in the past 4 years, first when I moved from out of state to the Portland area as a buyer, then again when I recently sold that house for another out of state move. Both moves were extra stressful mostly because I wasnt able to be onsite either time. But Jenifer was quick to respond to any issues that popped up, went onsite for me as needed, handled a repair issue that popped up, always patiently listened to my concerns, and responded to my phone calls or texts in a timely manner. I moved out of Oregon before I was able to list the house for sale, and Jenifer showed up on moving day to help me with the move, brought me food, ran an errand for me since I was pressed for time, and even helped me clean out the refrigerator. I turned the house keys over to her that moving day, and knew the sale of the house was in good hands. Jenifer was always very calming and reassuring to me during every step of both the buying and selling processes. Thank you, Jenifer, it was a pleasure doing business with you - if I stayed in the Portland area, you would be my realtor for life!
