Working with Debra was a pleasure right from the start. She was always prepared and very knowledgeable about the area. We are new to the area, so we didnt know which real estate company to contact. After a little research we decided on ReMax Pocono Lake, and thats how we connected with Debbie. A house had just come on the market and Debbie got us in to see it within a few hours. We loved it and decided to put in an offer, but hadnt been pre-approved for a mortgage. Debbie put us in touch with a mortgage broker who had us pre-approved within hours so we could submit our offer. Our offer was accepted 2 days later and the sale closed in 30 days. She is a longtime member of the community and was able to answer our questions about the neighborhood. She put us in touch with a home inspector who was excellent! Debbie always responded to our text messages within minutes. We would definitely use her services again! We cant recommend her enough.
