ZillowVERIFIEDHeather is a very honest down to earth and caring person. She was patient and worked tirelessly to find me a home in this crazy Los Angeles housing market. Literally there isn't but a couple of homes available in the entire zip code. Everything goes to"pending status" within a couple of days of being listed. I made low offers at the beginning and Heather was wonderfully patient allowing me time to learn the market. She called the selling agents and persistently worked to get me in to see the house. Finally, I saw a house just come on the market at 3 am. Heather called at 8am and got us in. She spoke to the agent and my offer was accepted. She has a list of vendors but I used inspectors from Yelp. She was sucessful in all the negotiations that I requested. She returns calls, emails and always follows up when she says she will. I would definetly call on her again and refer her to my friends and family. And know they are in good hands.
