Thank you, Zillow gods, for randomly assigning us Heather at the start of our home buying journey in January! Heather is extremely good at her job and is a delight to work with. Shes a very active agent, buying and selling lots of homes each year, and it shows in her fine-grained knowledge about the market. Communicating with Heather was a dream aEUR" shes quick to respond, and her responses are always short and on point. Its a joy to talk to someone who immediately gets the point youre trying to raise and addresses it head-on aEUR" no muddled answer or confusion, just straightforward answers and clarifications so that were on the same page. Her communication with other agents and professionals is great aEUR" shes in frequent, short contact making sure everything is moving correctly. Heather follows through on what she says shes going to do and is very much on the ball. As if this werent enough, shes also incredibly knowledgeable about home construction! She has an eagle eye and was amazing to look at houses with aEUR" its like walking through a museum with an art historian there to give you notes if you want them. We loved being able to draw on her extensive knowledge. I dont know how many times we asked her how much a certain type of repair might cost, or whether a red flag we see is really an issue or just a cosmetic concern. Heather knows the answer! And if she doesnt, she wants to learn the answer aEUR" shes going to keep collecting knowledge forever. And shes a lifelong Vermonter, from the area, and knows great contractors. Every contractor shes recommended has a Heather-like quality aEUR" solid, detail-oriented, reliable. Shes got standards, and it shows! Heather is opinionated, and we love that aEUR" but shes a pro and doesnt impose her opinions on her clients. We ended up going for a house that was a aEURoenoaEUR? for her (for sound reasons!), and once she was sure we understood the problems she was seeing, she went full steam ahead on advocating for us in getting that house.I really cant say enough good things about Heather. On a personal level, shes charming, hilarious, and super quick. I feel like shes one of the best-suited people to their job that Ive ever met in my life. Shes excellent and easy with people and she simply loves houses, and you can tell. You get the impression that she would be doing this in her spare time even if it werent a job. That kind of love of the work shines through.

I cant say enough about Heather. She has shown me numerous houses over the past two years, and I have always found her to be knowledgeable, honest and practical. In this tough market (for Buyers) I could always count on Heathers honest perspective. She always worked hard on my behalf and I very much appreciated her input.When I found a house that I was Interested in, Heather stepped it up to a level I have never seen. Her advice during negotiations was invaluable, and once a price was agreed upon, she continued to stay focused on all of the details that needed to be addressed (and my purchase had a lot of those details).After the closing, Heather continued to be a huge resource and has recommended numerous service providers, both with respect to improvements necessary to the house and for services unrelated to the house. Heathers recommendations have all worked out great. I am very happy that I used Heather to help find and close on my home!
