Heather was great! My house was a rental and I live out of state. We listed it and got multiple offers within 2 days. The first offer fell through, but we had the second offer which went through. We drove to Grants pass to sign and make sure the house was in good condition as it was rented out for 12 years. The signing went smoothly and we got over asking price. I would highly recommend Heather Mistretta!
